  • Although, we completed the online evaluation for Sodexo, we wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed working with both Vicki Santini and Rick Tkachuk. From the beginning Rick demonstrated a high level of professionalism as he offered many suggestions to us to improve efficiency for our conference. Being this was our first time to plan such an event, he was very patient with us, as we had many questions and communicated clearly and concisely with us.

    Vicki also did the same, as we communicated with Vicki, she was thorough and was reliable in making sure all of our needs would be met. During the day of the conference she kept everything running smoothly and on schedule. We certainly appreciate all of their help in making our conference a success as we received and overall 98% of excellence rating. Thank you and we look forward to working with Black Canyon Conference Center again!
