	Do you rent your meeting rooms by the half day?
	The Black Canyon Conference Center provides a Complete Meeting Package for the entire day which is more cost effective for the customer.
	Do you have guest rooms?
	The Conference Center presently has a partnership with local hotels within close proximity to the Center. This partnership allows us to meet all of your needs and provide you with the dedicated space required for your meeting.
	Do you have high speed internet access?
	The BCCC provides T1 line capability.
	How far out, timewise are you able to book meeting rooms?
	The Conference Center experience allows for us to book events within your timeline based upon availability.
	How do you compare yourself to the local hotels?
	Our meeting space is dedicated, 24 hour hold, and meeting rooms have solid tackable walls, natural lighting and ergonomic 8 hour chairs provide for a successful learning experience. The BCCC provides a Complete Meeting Package which includes Continental Breakfast, continuous Starbucks coffee service, luncheon buffet and sweet and salty snacks for the afternoon break session, as well as screen, overhead projector and flip chart. Service is what we do best, and our customers are our focus.
	Do you have an area for team building?
	The BCCC provides functional meeting space as well as outside courtyards beautifully landscaped providing for interactive team building.
