Sumptuous menus are created by our Executive Chef daily. Start your day with a variety of breakfast bakeries, toaster station, fresh fruit display, yogurt, cottage cheese and oatmeal for the health conscious, assorted juices and continuous Starbucks coffee service.
The Black Canyon Conference Center kitchen staff prepares fresh-daily entrees for our luncheon guests such as Seared Salmon Filet with Avocado Salsa. The farm raised Sustainable Salmon is seared to seal in the moisture and then finished in the oven. The dish is then complimented with fresh Avocado Salsa. Other entrees of choice may include Pork or Beef Roladen, stuffed wuth Mushroom Pate, garnished with Pickle Relish and served with a Demi Glaze. We always feature a homemade soup of the day, full salad bar, specialty platter salad, two starches and two choices of vegetables and of course dessert of the day.
