Sample Menus/Catering

Sumptuous menus are created by our Executive Chef daily. Start your day with a variety of breakfast bakeries, toaster station, fresh fruit display, yogurt, cottage cheese and oatmeal for the health conscious, assorted juices and continuous Starbucks coffee service.

Experience such entrees for lunch as Stuffed Flank Steak with Spinach and Mushrooms topped with Burgundy Wine Demi and Essence of Blue Cheese complimented with soup of the day, Pineapple and Red Pepper Salad with Chives, Tomatoes and Fresh Mozzarella with Basil and Olive Oil, Broccoli with Roasted Shallots, Yellow Squash with Herbs, Dauphine Potatoes, Garlic Rice and assorted cakes and tortes.
